3. Payment

Once you have all the details and the yacht is available, make a deposit to the account specified in the email through our official email info@legacycruisesmexico.com

4. Send Us Your Details

To confirm your reservation, send us your details with the exact date, arrival time, and number of people, along with the payment information to info@legacycruisesmexico.com

YACHT RENTAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN LEGACY CRUISES MEXICO AND THE CLIENT

This agreement establishes the terms and conditions for yacht rental services provided by Legacy Cruises Mexico to the client.

1. PARTIES

This agreement is between Legacy Cruises Mexico, hereinafter referred to as "the Company," and the client, hereinafter referred to as "the User."

2. SERVICES

The Company agrees to provide yacht rental services in Los Cabos, including captain, crew, and equipment as specified in the selected package.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment must be made according to the terms specified in the booking confirmation. A deposit is required to secure the reservation.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled departure time will receive a full refund minus a 5% processing fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure will not be eligible for a refund.

5. RESPONSIBILITIES

The User is responsible for their conduct during the yacht rental and must comply with all safety instructions provided by the crew. The Company is responsible for providing a safe and well-maintained vessel with qualified personnel.

6. LIABILITY

The Company is not liable for any personal injury or property damage that may occur during the yacht rental, except in cases of gross negligence on the part of the Company.

7. MODIFICATIONS

This agreement may only be modified by mutual consent between the parties, which must be documented in writing.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled departure time will receive a full refund minus a 5% processing fee.

2. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled departure time will not be eligible for a refund.

3. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the booking.

4. In case of inclement weather, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the trip. If cancelled by us due to weather, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

5. For groups of 6 or more people, cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance to receive a refund.

6. All refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

7. Changes to booking dates are subject to availability and must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

When it comes to postponing a reservation by the person who made the reservation, this must be done at least 6 days in advance of the reservation date, otherwise a 20% penalty will be charged, and the reservation can be used within 3 to 8 months following the date of cancellation of the reservation, if it is not used during this time, the deposit given to the company will be lost. It should be noted that your next reservation is subject to any change in rate without prior notice and availability.
